Not much going on around here except a lot of reading! Make sure to check the side bar for the upcoming blog tours I'll be part of, I'm very excited and have read some fantastic books that I can't wait to share with everyone!

Also, Mary Pauline Lowry, author of The Earthquake Machine has a new cover for her book! 

The Earthquake Machine tells the story of 14 year-old Rhonda. On the outside, everything looks perfect in Rhonda’s world, but at home Rhonda has to deal with a manipulative father who keeps her mentally ill mother hooked on pharmaceuticals. Thus begins a wild adventure that fulfills the longing of readers eager for a brave and brazen female protagonist.

A few books I have recently received for review:

Cardboard Characters by Julie Seifert

Set under the boiling sun of Tampa, Florida, the young adult novel, CARDBOARD CHARACTERS, tells the story of sixteen-year-old Leah Bergan, a girl who knows that you can’t build a boat out of cardboard.
