The only easy thing about Jude and Lucy’s relationship is their love for one another. Everything else is hard.

Especially when it comes to reining in Jude’s trigger touch temper and Lucy’s increasing jealousy of Jude’s Spirit Sister on the cheer squad who’s attached herself to him in just about every way a girl could. Feeling the stress of trying to hang on to her quintessential bad boy while becoming the foremost dancer in her class, Lucy knows something’s going to break. She wants both. She needs both. But if she doesn’t make a choice, she risks losing everything.

For Lucy Larson and Jude Ryder, love might be the thing that just isn’t enough.
I've said it one hundred thousand times before and I'll say it a million more times, I LOVE NICOLE WILLIAMS AND HER BEAUTIFULLY sometimes BROKEN AND ALWAYS ROMANTIC STORIES.

It all began with Eternal Eden, and here we are a little over a year later with another phenomenal book and series by Nicole. Clash is the sequel to Crash; if you haven't read Crash yet I think you're wasting precious reading time by reading this review/love fest.

Clash picks up a little while after Crash. Jude and Lucy are in NY attending college and as much in love as ever. Then enters the hurricane that is Adriana Vix. Before reading this book I would've said Adriana was a pretty name. Now, not so much..

There are a lot of instances where Nicole uses roller coasters to describe the relationship that Jude and Lucy have and I couldn't agree more. There are ups and downs, as there always are in life, but Lucy sees her relationship as disastrous and doomed. The drama that results is a gut punch to Jude and any reader experiencing this story. It's nothing short of writing brilliance as Nicole drags the reader into the emotional story and keeps them throughout the ride.

Nicole Williams manages to elicit every feeling I have and tug on my emotions relentlessly. She's an evil but brilliant woman who knows how to move a reader and knows her audience well. I love reading her books, and they seem to get better and better (I would've never thought that was possible).

My favorite part of the book is the epilogue. Nicole wraps Jude and Lucy's story up very nicely and gives us readers everything we want in a book and adds those things that we didn't think to ask for. She offers closure, unless you're like me and thinking even further into the future, but I was definitely satisfied with the ending.

For fans of Tammara Webber, Colleen Hoover, Abbi Glines, Jamie McGuire and Liz Reinhardt; who are looking for their new favorite author Nicole is your girl! Both Crash and Clash are great reads that are sure to please! Thank you so much to Mrs. Williams for the opportunity to read and review both of these marvelous books!!
